20 december is Daniël geboren.
Hij werd geboren ’s ochtends vroeg toen de wereld bedekt was met een dikke laag sneeuw.
Voor deze bevalling had ik mij vooral gericht op mijn lichaam.
Zo had ik bijvoorbeeld een zin in de tekst, die ik tijdens de zwangerschap luisterde als volgt:
“Ik hoef alleen maar naar mijn lichaam te luisteren”.
Tijdens de bevalling was het vooral deze zin die vaak door mij heen ging. Zo ging het. Het ging als vanzelf.
Ik volgde dus wat m’n lichaam mij aangaf. Ik heb slechts wat kracht gezet en niet hoeven persen.
Ik had de wens de baby zelf aan te kunnen pakken. Ook dat is gelukt.
Het was een pijnloze bevalling , vanuit rust en ontspanning en mijn lijf deed het werk

One of the guests is Margreet van Belzen. She’ll tell about her experiences as a midwife, and she’ll be answering any questions you might have. Also, she can show us how to give mamma and baby a massage!

Consult No. 1
Learning more about the delivery technique, writing the text for your childbirth.
Consult No. 2
With a pocket studio we record your own childbirth text. The cd with text and background music will be send to you immediately after this consult, so you can start right away.
Consult No. 3
Coaching how to apply the technique.
If you want to, it is possible to have more consults, tailored to suit your needs.
